Research
We plan, set up, and conduct or partner in research projects in the realm of AI, power, and feminism. Points we focus on also include bias, ethics, responsibility, and equity. We do qualitative as well as quantitative research for and with you.

We enable other organizations to create more equitable AI by education. We hold workshops, give training, and provide learning material to raise awareness, build knowledge, and ease your creation of equitable AI.

We are a young team inspired by our vision to make the world more equitable with feminist AI. We are AI experts, researchers, and passionate change-makers. Feminist AI was initiated by Eva and Andreas, co-founders of enableYou. Feminist AI is an enableYou movement and brand.
WHY DO WE NEED MORE EQUITY IN AI?
In the last couple of years, numerous instances of discriminatory and inequitable AI have been appearing in all industries and any sort of product. These include AI systems in recruiting, healthcare, lending, recidivism prediction, marketing, surveillance, and social media.
AI is replicating the inequitable world, in which we live and reinforces biases, stereotypes, and inequitable distribution of power. It so enlarges the disadvantages of marginalized people. Unwanted paradigms replicated by AI include sexism, misogyny, racism, ableism, classicism, and the superiority of the Global North over the Global South.
OUR VISION: MAKE THE WORLD MORE EQUITABLE WITH FEMINIST AI
AI is not inherently inequitable - it merely replicates the faults of our world. If we were to create AI in another way - in a feminist way - and thus create AI, that is functioning more equitably, we could use this AI to make our world a more equitable place.
Imagine all the use cases AI is applied in... If we were using a feminist AI, we could reach equity with the help of these systems.
